MEET DEMETRA LAMBROS
Hi, I'm Demetra! 👋 My life path has taken me from the mountains of Montana to the ancient streets of Athens, Greece, where I lived from 2002 to 2020. As a classically trained pianist, I transitioned from a lifelong musical career to navigating the challenges of expat life in a country I adored but found difficult to adapt to. Raising my children in an unfamiliar school system while grappling with a new language added layers of complexity to my experience. This unique journey ignited my passion for understanding how people adapt and learn, especially under challenging circumstances and considering the vast array of learning styles. Now, as an empty nester with a wealth of diverse experiences, I've channeled my expertise into creating online courses and services.
My focus extends beyond teaching in my niche areas. I'm dedicated to helping others thrive in the digital world, with an emphasis on leveraging audio content. Why audio? After years of struggling with video creation, I discovered the power of audio in online education. This shift led to a significant increase in course completion rates and reduced membership churn—a win-win for both my business and my audience.
In 2021, a personal crisis with my eyesight deepened my commitment to accessibility, making it a non-negotiable component of everything I offer. Now, my mission is to empower others to adapt, learn, and succeed in the digital landscape, making education more accessible, enjoyable and engaging through the power of audio.
